  • 1.Raycus fiber laser
The electric-optical conversion efficiency of fiber laser is high, and the conversion efficiency is more than 30%. The low-power fiber laser does not need to be equipped with a water chiller. Using air cooling can greatly save the power consumption at work, save the operation cost, and achieve the highest production efficiency.

When the laser is running, it only needs electric energy, does not need to produce extra gas of laser, and has the lowest cost of operation and maintenance.

The fiber laser adopts the semiconductor modular and redundant design. There is no optical lens in the resonant cavity, and it does not need the start-up time. It has the advantages of no adjustment, no maintenance and high stability, and reduces the cost of accessories and maintenance time, which is incomparable to the traditional laser.

The output wavelength of the fiber laser is 1.064 μ m, which is 1 / 10 of the wavelength of CO2. The output beam has good quality and high power density, which is very conducive to the absorption of metal materials.
